Our Residential Moving Process

Pre-Move Communication

Our quoting team will build out as much detail as possible to give our moving crews a rough idea of what they should expect as well as what you should expect, which includes:

• Our team will provide you with confirmation details regarding rates, the move crew selected and reserved, who will be contacted the day before the move and on move day.
• A call or text the day before the move, confirming the move, start time, and an introduction to the crew lead

Crew Arrival And Pre-start Walk Through

Our hand-picked crew arrives on time, in appropriate attire, with a clean two or three men moving truck and all the necessary supplies and tools to do the move. Our crew will walk through each room with you to:

• Determine what needs to be disassembled and reassembled during the move
• Check for items that require waiver signatures (washer/dryer disconnect, moving televisions, etc)
• Check items for pre-existing damages and note
• Note any particular order of rooms being moved
• Determine what is being moved
• Confirm the rates and estimate and have you sign the contract

Move Preperation and Protection

Once the crew leader has performed the walk through, then we prep both the house and your belongings to prevent damages and make executing the move easier for the crew, including:

• Protective runners to prevent damage to flooring
• Shrink wrap for furniture fabrics
• Moving blankets to cover hard surfaces and prevent items from rubbing together during transit
• Tools to properly disassemble/reassemble furniture/other items

Execute Loading The Truck
